This Privacy Policy explains how AveMujica API collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access our websites, API services, model access services, account console, billing features, subscriptions, and related support options.
If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to provide information and authorize processing for that organization.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, organization details, authentication identifiers, API key metadata, role assignments, security settings, and support messages.
We collect service and usage information such as request time, model name, endpoint, token or request counts, latency, status, service metadata, quota changes, subscription state, billing events, error categories, security and misuse-prevention events, and account or service records.
We collect payment and billing context through our payment processors. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers. Payment processors may provide transaction identifiers, payment status, invoice details, tax context, and limited payment method metadata.
We may collect content submitted to or returned from supported model endpoints when needed to provide the service, enforce safety and usage policies, detect abuse, troubleshoot incidents, calculate usage, or provide account history available through the service. The exact record retention and account access may depend on your plan and settings.
We also collect device and technical information such as IP address, user agent, cookie identifiers, language, approximate region, browser settings, and security signals.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the service, authenticate users, issue and manage API keys, deliver requests to supported model providers, calculate usage and quota, process payments, prevent fraud, secure the platform, provide support, communicate service updates, enforce our policies, and improve reliability and product experience.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, model availability, pricing behavior, abuse trends, and product usage. We do not treat aggregated or de-identified information as personal information where it cannot reasonably identify you.
3. Customer content and model data
Customer prompts, inputs, files, outputs, and related metadata remain your responsibility. We process them to provide the requested service and to comply with service, legal, billing, and safety obligations.
Requests may be transmitted to supported model providers, infrastructure vendors, storage providers, security vendors, or other subprocessors required to fulfill the request. Their handling of content may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing commitments.
You should not submit sensitive personal data, regulated data, confidential information, or third-party data unless you have the legal right to do so and the selected model, plan, and settings are appropriate for that data.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect sessions, measure product usage, and improve security. You can control cookies through browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies may break authentication or account functionality.
5. How we share information
We may share information with service providers and subprocessors that help us host the service, process payments, monitor infrastructure, store data, send notifications, provide support, detect abuse, and deliver model requests.
We may share information within our corporate group, with the organization or workspace associated with your account, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, sanctions screening, tax rules, payment-network rules, or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of users, the public, AveMujica API, or third parties.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, usage, billing, and service data. No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for maintaining secure credentials, rotating API keys when needed, and limiting access to your account and organization.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit trails, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy legal or tax obligations, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Some billing, audit, security, and legal records may be retained even after account changes where required or permitted by law.
8. International transfers
The service may be operated from multiple countries and may process data in locations where we, our infrastructure providers, payment processors, supported model providers, or support vendors operate. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to applicable law.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. You may also object to or request clarification about some processing. To make a request, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
If your account is provided by an organization, that organization may be responsible for certain account, access, billing, and usage-history requests. Direct those requests to the organization first when appropriate.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children. You may not use the service if you are not old enough to accept these terms or if your use is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page or made available through the service. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
