Welcome to AveMujica API. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our websites, API services, model access services, account console, billing features, subscriptions, support options, and related services.
By creating an account, generating an API key, sending a request, purchasing credits, enabling a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Additional product rules, plan terms, order terms, service-specific terms, and policies may apply. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms control for that feature.
1. Service description
AveMujica API provides a unified API and account console for accessing supported AI models and related infrastructure. The service may include model access, API key management, usage history, pricing visibility, quota management, subscriptions, billing, image or media workflows, safety controls, and account tools.
The service may work with third-party model providers or infrastructure providers. Model availability, output quality, latency, context limits, modalities, pricing, safety behavior, and reliability may vary by provider, model, region, plan, and settings.
2. Eligibility, accounts, and evaluation use
You must be legally able to use the service and old enough to enter a binding agreement. You may not use the service if you are barred by applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or platform restrictions.
You are responsible for your account, organization, API keys, credentials, and all activity under them. Keep credentials confidential, use reasonable security controls, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate account, billing, and tax information and keep it current. We may suspend or restrict access if information is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or creates security, compliance, or payment risk.
Evaluation, trial, free, preview, or promotional access may be limited, modified, suspended, or ended at any time. Such access may include additional quotas, expiration dates, feature limits, or model restrictions.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with our Usage Policy. You may not:
- violate laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights;
- attack, disrupt, probe, overload, bypass, or compromise our service or another system;
- obtain unauthorized access to accounts, keys, data, models, infrastructure, or billing systems;
- submit or generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or intended to facilitate wrongdoing;
- develop weapons, malware, credential theft, phishing, fraud, or abusive automation;
- misrepresent AI-generated content, impersonate others, or deceive users in a material way;
- remove safety notices, bypass safety systems, evade rate limits, or hide abusive use;
- resell, sublicense, or broker service access in a way that violates these Terms or your plan;
- use the service in high-risk contexts without appropriate review, disclosure, safeguards, and legal authority.
We may investigate suspected violations and may throttle, block, suspend, terminate, or report activity when appropriate.
4. Content, outputs, and reliance
You are responsible for prompts, inputs, files, instructions, settings, outputs, and any decisions made using outputs. You must have rights and permissions for content you submit and for how you use outputs.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, non-unique, or unsuitable for your use case. You must evaluate outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, education, public-sector, or other high-impact contexts.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, we do not claim ownership of your content solely because you submit it to the service. You grant us the rights needed to provide, secure, monitor, bill, support, and improve the service.
5. Beta, preview, and experimental features
Beta, preview, experimental, or newly released features may be unstable, may change without notice, may produce unexpected results, and may be subject to additional limits. Use them at your own risk and do not rely on them for production-critical workflows unless your plan or written agreement says otherwise.
6. Fees, credits, subscriptions, and taxes
Fees may be based on credits, balance, token usage, request count, model pricing, group pricing, subscriptions, add-ons, taxes, payment processor fees, or other plan rules shown in the account console, order page, API, or invoice.
Usage records are calculated by our systems and may depend on model metadata, provider-reported usage, service rules, quota rules, and plan settings. You are responsible for monitoring usage, maintaining sufficient balance, and setting subscriptions or automatic recharge features carefully.
Credits, prepaid balances, promotional credits, and subscription allowances may expire, be non-refundable, be non-transferable, or be subject to specific plan limits unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Subscriptions may renew automatically if enabled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge payment methods on file for recurring fees, top-ups, taxes, and other amounts due. You can cancel or modify eligible subscriptions through the account console or support options, subject to plan terms.
Taxes, duties, and government charges are your responsibility unless we state that they are included. We may collect taxes where required.
7. Confidentiality and security
Non-public information disclosed through the service, including pricing, security information, credentials, business information, and technical information, must be protected using reasonable care and used only for the purpose for which it was disclosed.
You must not share API keys publicly, commit credentials to repositories, or use credentials outside authorized systems. We may rotate, revoke, or restrict credentials when needed for security, abuse prevention, compliance, or service integrity.
8. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, branding, APIs, interfaces, dashboards, templates, and related technology. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party model providers, payment processors, storage providers, monitoring tools, identity providers, and other services. We are not responsible for third-party services except as expressly stated in a written agreement. Third-party terms may apply to your use of those services.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific model behavior, specific outputs, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AveMujica API, its affiliates, and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or replacement services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AveMujica API, its affiliates, and its suppliers from claims arising from your content, applications, users, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may modify the service, models, features, quotas, prices, policies, and these Terms. If a change materially affects paid service, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the service, email, or other appropriate methods.
We may suspend, throttle, restrict, or terminate access if we believe there is abuse, security risk, payment failure, legal risk, policy violation, service risk, or harm to the service, users, providers, or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time. Some provisions, including payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and audit provisions, survive termination.
13. Compliance, export, and governing terms
You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, privacy laws, consumer protection laws, platform rules, and AI-specific regulations that apply to your use.
You may not use the service in restricted regions or for restricted parties, end uses, or end users. You are responsible for determining whether your use requires notices, consent, approvals, licenses, or additional safeguards.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or transfer of assets.
