This Usage Policy explains how you may and may not use AveMujica API. It applies to all accounts, API keys, organizations, applications, prompts, inputs, files, outputs, automated agents, integrations, and downstream users that access the service.
We may enforce this policy by warning users, limiting features, blocking requests, reducing quotas, suspending accounts, terminating access, retaining relevant records where permitted by law, or taking other steps needed to protect users, providers, the public, and the service.
1. Universal policies
You may not use the service to violate laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, contractual obligations, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or other third-party rights.
You may not compromise, disrupt, probe, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, data, infrastructure, credentials, payment systems, safety systems, or model providers.
You may not develop, deploy, or facilitate malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, bot abuse, evasion, vulnerability exploitation, denial-of-service activity, or other abusive automation.
You may not develop, acquire, or use weapons, explosives, biological agents, chemical agents, or other tools designed to cause physical harm.
You may not incite, plan, celebrate, or facilitate violence, self-harm, harassment, abuse, exploitation, human trafficking, or non-consensual sexual content.
You may not compromise privacy, collect sensitive data without legal authority, identify people unlawfully, conduct surveillance without required consent, or expose personal data in unsafe ways.
You may not create, solicit, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming behavior, or content that exploits or endangers children.
You may not generate harmful content such as hateful abuse, targeted harassment, threats, extremist support, instructions for wrongdoing, or content intended to evade safety systems.
You may not create, distribute, or amplify materially deceptive content, misinformation, impersonation, scams, fake engagement, or misleading synthetic media without appropriate disclosure and safeguards.
You may not interfere with elections, democratic processes, census processes, civic participation, public safety alerts, or public-interest decision-making through deception, manipulation, suppression, or unauthorized targeting.
You may not use the service to make or materially support criminal justice, policing, immigration, or public-benefit decisions without lawful authority, human review, and appropriate safeguards.
You may not use the service for fraud, market manipulation, payment abuse, counterfeit activity, unauthorized financial activity, pyramid schemes, or deceptive commercial practices.
You may not abuse the platform by reselling access outside plan terms, sharing keys publicly, evading rate limits, creating duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions, hiding abusive activity, or interfering with monitoring.
You may not use the service for sexually explicit content, erotic chat, pornographic generation, or sexual services where prohibited by law, provider policy, or platform rules.
2. High-risk use cases
High-risk use cases require appropriate human oversight, disclosure, testing, auditing, and legal authority. You must not present model outputs as professional advice or final decisions unless qualified humans review them and the use complies with applicable law.
High-risk use cases include legal, healthcare, insurance, finance, employment, education, housing, credit, public-sector services, public safety, critical infrastructure, and media contexts where errors could materially affect rights, opportunities, safety, or access to essential services.
For legal, medical, financial, insurance, employment, academic, or similar professional contexts, you must disclose AI involvement where required, validate outputs, maintain human accountability, and avoid making automated decisions that law or policy requires humans to make.
3. Additional requirements for applications and agents
If you build chatbots, agents, copilots, workflow automation, or user-facing applications on top of the service, you are responsible for your application's users, instructions, disclosures, moderation, data handling, recordkeeping, and escalation paths.
Applications used by or around minors must include age-appropriate safeguards, privacy protections, and content controls.
Autonomous or agentic systems must include reasonable limits, monitoring, rollback paths, permission boundaries, and safeguards against unintended actions.
4. Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse, policy questions, or requests for clarification to [email protected]. We may review activity and enforce this policy using automated systems, manual review, provider reports, user reports, and service signals.
We may update this Usage Policy as models, laws, provider requirements, and risk patterns change.
